Manifestation and Mental Illness

The power of manifestation is real. I know this. I don’t just theorize; I’ve seen it in action — the impossible becoming a reality based on someone’s unwavering belief, coupled with unmatched patience. No matter what obstacles came up in the way, they’d not let go of their conviction that what they’re manifesting will become. Period.

And I’ve seen it happen.

I do it in slow motion, manifest, I mean. My mind struggles already with what is and what isn’t “real.” But that’s not the point.

The point is that I firmly believe that what you think, what you say, the energy you project is the energy that comes right back at you in magnified form. I think that the Universe is designed to say yes. We are creators, and it is with our intent, our thoughts, that we create.

The problem with this is that many people have no idea of their own magickal essence, so they accidentally cast thought and word spells without realizing, and therefore, without regard for consequence.

I’m guilty. Here’s what I mean.

I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety disorder, and ADHD. As a result, I suffer from something my therapists call automatic negative thinking.

This negative vibration means that the first thought of the day to come into my mind is…
